I will train you at your gym or mine. The basic price is $60 a session, but please mention this website for a free thirty-minute consultation. Additionally, I will do two or more sessions a week for a discounted price and can do couples training or group training at a discount as well. Please contact me for rates.

Immediately upon discovering the Rock Steady boxing program taught by Nicolas Abramowicz, I signed up because it had been a long time goal of mine to learn speed boxing.  Before boxing, I was overweight, depressed, and was plagued with sore muscles and a continually stiff neck and back from a 45 year performance career on viola and bass. The boxing class emphasizes stretching, balance, footwork and continuous challenge of the mental processes.  After a semester of boxing, I experienced weight loss, a brighter mood, exercises that I can include in my daily routine, and a more positive outlook on my future with Parkinson's disease.
